Honestly, As I posted above, I watched them religiously every Saturday morning, much to the annoyance of my mother. Some cartoons came on during the weekday afternoons and I watched them as well.
I recall watching the 1966 or 67 Spiderman when it was in syndication on a local station. I would find myself, in front of the tv down in the basement, consuming some kind of snack while I watched the show, waiting in anticipation of every moment, hearing the tension build in the music as Spiderman swung across the screen against a city backdrop.
Yeah, it didn’t make sense. That’s okay. I still liked it I liked the stories.
I just couldn’t help myself.
