As someone who has survived childhood trauma, I am well aware that there are many more whose real pain is far greater than I can imagine. My writing is not about comparisons, it is merely giving a voice to my own experience and hear the echoes in the world.

In addition, I explore the whimsical and the fantastic, blending in some dry humor into my writing.
