Active Listening
I have seen so many people advertisements for various educational institutions calling for people to come and learn more skills for today’s job market.

Active Listening though, is pretty underrated. I don’t see it much on resumes and there’s no degree or title associated with this. It is talked about in training in some circle but not acknowledged on paper.
This skill is essential in the workplace and at home. If you don’t have this, communication will break down. structure can fall apart and the ability to navigate in this world can be greatly reduced.
